For my Senior Capstone, I designed an Indian Lifestyle Publication that highlighted sections like fashion, beauty, travel and food. This publication is a compilation of the design skills I learned throughout my four years at Drexel University and my six month co-op at Philadelphia Magazine. It was a great experience using my own photography skills, bright design elements and bold typography to highlight my Indian culture.

An Indian fashion publication that answers the big question, "What to Wear to an Indian Wedding." I used original imagery to create a vibrant movement throughout the spreads, as well as bold typography as a design element. Indian fashion is always bright and colorful, making any page an eye catcher.
Philadelphia Magazine - May/June 2020 Wedding Section

This project included designing and formatting Philadelphia Magazine's Wedding section for the May/June 2020 edition. I referenced many wedding card designs to create a delicate illustration to use at the header of each section. Along with the pastel color palette, I used different methods of transparency throughout the design to give the illustration more depth within the spread.
